Here's our Itinerary during our visit (June 25, 2015)

8:00 am - Pick-up at the hotel  (we're the last group they picked-up )

8:45 am- First Stop a Souvenir Shop with a Carenderia

10:00 am - Mangrove Paddle Boat

Please take note:  The Mangrove Paddle Boat is not included in the tour package. You
have to pay separately an amount of Php350.00 for the paddle boat tour, about 20 mins. ride round trip. BTW, It is optional. If you are not into Mangroves, I suggest DO NOT REGISTER. Inform your tour guide that you will not join. If you register your name you will be obliged to pay an Entrance Fee, unless you are interested to see Mangroves.

In our case we were surprised, that aside from the tour package, the tour guide brought us to that place for a side trip but he never explained to us that it is optional and we have to pay for that purpose. There's no question about it as long as it's worth it.

In case you want this side trip, while sailing in the paddle boat don't be surprise if you will be bitten by a mosquitoes but since the water is Brackish they have no Malaria or Dengue cases so  far. Brackish water is a mixture of Salty and Fresh Water, even Crocodiles cannot survive in that area. Here's what you can see over there.

11:30 am - Departed at the  Mangrove Paddle Boat side trip

12:00 nn - Arrived at the Sabang Wharf where we took our Free Lunch

2:00 pm - Boat Transfer from Sabang Wharf to the Underground River 30 mins ride via motor boat

2:30 pm - Arrived at the Under Ground River Entrance

Here's what you can see along the wooden trail going on the entry point of the river.

Monkeys are civilized as the locals jokingly told us. DO NOT BRING PLASTIC BAGS the monkey might grab it thinking that it is a food you might get hurt. Do not touch them just let them roam around the mini forest.

3:00pm -  Ready to explore inside the cave.

The group was split into two, because the paddle boat can only accommodate 10 pax plus the river guide

The Cave is very dark you can not capture beautiful rock formations inside. It's a little bit cold inside and the bats are making some noise. The waste of the bats smell   bad, but it's quite tolerable. The river is actually 8 km but the tourists are only allowed up to   4km. If you want to proceed you have to secure a  permit first from the tourist center.

4:00 pm - Departed the Underground River. As I have mentioned you have to bring a dry bag because going back to the wharf at 4pm the sea is a little bit stormy that's why there is a tendency that you will get wet.

4:30 pm - Departed Sabang Wharf.

6:00pm - Arrived at the Hotel

Hope I shared a little in your future caving plan.
